About Trance of the Alien Vaccine

Trance of the Alien Vaccine is a parody of Dr. Strangelove or: How I Stropped Worrying and Learned to Love the Bomb. Please view the YouTube video above for more information, but the essence of the song is this: Aliens have abducted a human subject to a secret alien vaccine laboratory in Jiuqan, China. After a scary beginning, you’ll see the human ‘vaccinated’ with alien psychedelic mutations of mRNA. The video closes with successful vaccination of the subject and our wishes for an end to the pandemic.

Edward Jenner

I am not surprised that men are not thankful to me; but I wonder that they are not grateful to God for the good which he has made me the instrument of conveying to my fellow-creatures.

While the vaccine discovery was progressive, the joy I felt at the prospect before me of being the instrument destined to take away from the world one of its greatest calamities [smallpox], blended with the fond hope of enjoying independence and domestic peace and happiness, was often so excessive that, in pursuing my favorite subject among the meadows, I have sometimes found myself in a kind of reverie.

I shall endeavor still further to prosecute this inquiry, an inquiry I trust not merely speculative, but of sufficient moment to inspire the pleasing hope of its becoming essentially beneficial to mankind.

The highest powers in our nature are our sense of moral excellence, the principal of reason and reflection, benevolence to our creatures and our love of the Divine Being.

I hope that some day the practice of producing cowpox in human beings will spread over the world – when that day comes, there will be no more smallpox.

The deviation of man from the state in which he was originally placed by nature seems to have proved to him a prolific source of diseases.

A sincere acquiescence in the dispensations of Providence will check discomposure of mind beyond any thing. It will produce a calm in the midst of a storm.
